Auto cycle converts an ordinary lathe into a semiautomatic copying lathe.Auto cycles are created by using modular elements like copying slide,feed cylinder, power pack and electrical control panel. Single cut and Double cut cycles are possible. But the cycles can be equipped with shoulder sensing attachment.

COPYING SLIDE is equipped with solenoid control of forward and return movements. In case of two cycle, the slide must also have solenoid control of finishcopying cut.

FEED CYLINDER can give two adjustable working feeds in forward direction and rapid movement in return direction. Cylinder stroke is adjustable in both directions, and built in switches provide signals at both ends of the working stroke.

POWER PACK of copy turning attachment can be modified to enable simultaneous supply to feed cylinder as well.

ELECTRICAL CONTROL CABINET is mounted on top of the power pack tank and does not take additional floor space.

SHOULDER SENSING SWITCH can be mounted on stylus arm of the copying attachment. This switch actuates a solenoid valve on feed cylinder to reduce the working feed while copying the shoulders.
It is possible to offer 4 different copying cycles.

• Single cut cycle.
• Single cut cycle with shoulder sensing switch.
• Double cut cycle.
• Double cut cycle with shoulder sensing switch.
